Welcome to Rewind & Remember. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Our Service

We create personalised memory DVDs using your supplied photographs, video footage, and music selections. Each DVD is custom-made and intended as a keepsake.

Please note: All images shown on this website are for illustration purposes only. They do not represent actual client work unless explicitly stated.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders must be paid in full before production begins.
Payment confirms your acceptance of the final content you’ve submitted.
Prices are subject to change but will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Supplying Your Content

It is your responsibility to ensure that all photos, videos, and music are your own or that you have permission to use them.
We do not accept responsibility for copyright infringement if you submit copyrighted material without consent.
All files must be submitted in the required format. We will let you know what’s needed when you place your order.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is typically 1–2 weeks from when we receive all content.
Rush orders may be available at an extra cost — please enquire.
Delays may occur if files are missing, unclear, or in the wrong format.

5. Revisions

One round of minor revisions is included (e.g., correcting names or changing a photo).
Further edits may incur an additional charge.
Once a DVD has been finalised and produced, we cannot make changes.

6. Delivery

You will receive one DVD with your chosen package.
Additional copies can be purchased at an extra cost.
We are not responsible for postal delays, but we’ll provide tracking where possible.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Because this is a personalised product, we do not offer refunds once production has begun.
If you need to cancel before work starts, please contact us immediately for a possible partial refund.
In the rare event we are unable to complete your order, a full refund will be issued.

8. Privacy & Data

All content you provide will be handled with care and used solely for the purpose of creating your DVD.
We will not share your images or personal details without permission.
Completed projects may be stored temporarily for backup, but will not be used for marketing unless you give written consent.
Any customer projects shared on our website or social media will only be shown with written permission.

9. Copyright & Usage

We retain creative rights to the final DVD layout, design, and editing style.
The content of each DVD is protected under copyright law. The final edited video is intended for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed for commercial purposes without written permission from Rewind & Remember.
