At Rewind & Remember, each product is lovingly and carefully made to order, using your own photos, videos, and music. As these items are personalised and bespoke, they are exempt from standard returns under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our memory DVDs, digital files, and printed USB cards or frames, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. This is to protect your privacy and the integrity of your custom content, and to prevent unauthorised copying or redistribution.

✅ Order Issues or Faults

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not play as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ukmontagevideos@gmail.com]. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly — either by replacing the faulty item or providing a suitable solution.

Please double-check your photos, videos, names, dates, and song choices before submitting. Once your order has been approved and entered into production, we’re unable to make further edits or offer a cancellation.
